In providing our services and also in employing persons, we act as an independent controller and are, therefore, responsible for complying with Data Protection Law in respect of any personal data we collect and process.

The processing of personal data is regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 as supplemented by the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may require to provide us with a name, email- address, postal address, postcode, gender, date of birth and payments information (credit/or debit card) in order to register for access to certain services. We may also ask for other non-mandatory demographic information from subscribers such as occupation. This information is stored by us and our data processors (see below).

We share your personal information with a variety of third party email marketing providers who assist us in delivering our email marketing campaigns to you.

We use your details to show you advertising on such Social Media platforms as Facebook and Instagram or via other third-party advertising that may appear on other websites you use. Online advertising channels we may use are: digital display, search engine marketing, paid social – these are all on third party sites or platforms.

We may tailor emails, online advertising and SMS to the things you love, so they’re relevant to your location, what you have shown an interest in and the things you buy from us.
