We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept a return within 15 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original mint condition, unworn and with their tags attached.
Returns shipping fee is borne by the customer.
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus any shipping charges and duties paid.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, this can be done in either of the following two options.
You must first return the original item and then place a new order. A new order can either be placed through our online shop where you will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy above.

Regular shipping Fee of the replacement item will be arranged by our Team so you have nothing to worry about.
If the product is returned past the 15 days but within 30 days of purchase date we shall issue a credit note valid on online. Please allow seven to ten working days for the refund/store credit procedure to conclude. Original shipping costs, taxes and other occurring fees are not refundable.
